Fast Travellers Limited is a visa consultancy and travel agency in Northampton. We decide how the details you give us are used, which makes us responsible for them under UK data protection law. Company number 16673383.

What we collect

• Your name, phone or WhatsApp number and email address.
• Your passport nationality and UK immigration status, so we can tell you which visa you need.
• Your travel plans: where you are going, when, and who is travelling with you.
• Documents you choose to share for a visa application, such as your passport, residence permit or eVisa details, bank statements and letters from your employer or university.
• The details airlines, hotels and tour operators need for each traveller on a booking.
• A record of what you have paid us and what for.

Some of this can say something sensitive about you, for example your religion if you are going on Umrah, or your health if you need travel insurance. We use it only to arrange what you have asked for.

Like most websites, our hosting records basic technical details of each visit, such as your IP address and browser, to keep the site working and secure.

Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry and give you a quote, because you have asked us to.
• To prepare your visa application, book your appointment and arrange your travel, because we need to in order to provide the service you have chosen.
• To keep accounting and tax records, because the law requires it.
• To deal with questions, complaints and claims about our service, because we have a fair reason to.

We do not sell your details. We only send you news or offers if you have agreed to receive them, and you can stop them at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep your details only as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and trip, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Then we delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner, as explained below.

Who we share it with

We share your details only with those who need them for your application or trip:

• consulates, embassies and the visa centres that take applications for them, such as VFS Global, TLScontact and BLS International;
• the airlines, hotels and tour operators you ask us to book;
• travel insurers, if you ask us to arrange cover;
• the companies that run our email, website and records for us, who may use your details only on our instructions;
• the police, courts or regulators, when the law requires it.

Sending details outside the UK

A visa application or a trip abroad means sending your details outside the UK, for example to the consulate of the country you are visiting or to your hotel there. We send only what is needed for that purpose. When one of our own suppliers handles your details outside the UK, we use the safeguards UK data protection law requires.

Keeping it safe

We take sensible steps to keep your details and documents secure, and we limit who can see them to the people who need them to help you.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• give you a copy of the details we hold about you;
• correct anything that is wrong or incomplete;
• delete your details, when we no longer need to keep them;
• stop or limit how we use them;
• send them to you, or to another organisation, in a common format.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, please tell us so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk.
