Terms of service
Last updated .
These terms apply when you ask us to help with a visa application or to arrange flights, hotels or a holiday. Your written quote sets out what we will do for you and what it costs. Together, the quote and these terms are our agreement with you.
Who we are
Fast Travellers Limited is a visa consultancy and travel agency in Northampton. Company number 16673383. Our address is 35 Bowden Road, Northampton, NN5 5LT. You can reach us at fasttraveller@outlook.com.
Our service
We are an independent consultancy. We prepare visa applications, book appointments and arrange travel on your behalf. We are not an embassy, a consulate or a visa centre, and we do not work for any government.
Visa decisions rest with the issuing authority. We cannot guarantee that a visa will be granted, or how long a decision will take.
What we need from you
To do our job well, we need you to:
- give us information that is true and complete, and tell us straight away if anything changes;
- send the documents we ask for in good time before your appointment;
- check your application and bookings carefully when we send them to you;
- go to any visa appointment on time, with the documents we have listed for you.
You are responsible for the information in your application. False or incomplete information can lead to a refusal and can affect future applications.
Fees and payment
Consulate fees and visa-centre charges are set by them and paid to them. They are separate from our fee, and they are not normally refunded if a visa is refused.
Our own fee is quoted in writing before you commit. Payment terms, including any deposit, are set out in your written quote before you pay anything.
You can pay by card, bank transfer, cash at our office or a secure payment link. Holidays can be booked with a deposit from £29, with the rest paid in instalments as set out in your quote.
Prices for flights, hotels and holidays can change until they are booked and paid for. We confirm the price with you before we book.
Refusals, cancellations and refunds
If your visa is refused, we explain the reasons the consulate gave and the options open to you. Whether any part of our fee is refunded after a refusal, and what a new application costs, is set out in your written quote.
If you want to cancel, tell us in writing as soon as you can. Your written quote explains what happens to the money you have paid. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
Flights, hotels and holidays
When we book flights, hotels or a holiday for you, the airline, hotel or tour operator provides the service, and its own conditions also apply. These cover things like changes, cancellations and baggage. We tell you the main conditions before you book.
If a booking includes flights, we tell you in writing what financial protection applies before you pay.
Check that the names on every booking match the passports exactly, and that your passport and visa are valid for the whole trip. We recommend travel insurance for every trip, and Schengen visa applications require it.
Things outside our control
We do not control the decisions, waiting times or delays of consulates, visa centres, airlines or hotels. If one of them changes or cancels something, we tell you as soon as we know and help you with your options.
Your details
Our privacy policy explains how we use your personal details and the rights you have over them.
Complaints
If something goes wrong, tell us and we will try to put it right. Our complaints procedure explains how to raise a complaint and what happens next.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
