All fees in one place
What a visa costs, and who you pay
Three separate payments: the consulate's visa fee, the visa centre's service charge, and ours. Only the last is set by us, and it is quoted in writing before you commit.

Paying for a visa, answered
When do I pay you?
Only after the free eligibility check, once you have our written quote and decide to go ahead.
How can I pay?
By card, bank transfer, cash at our office or a secure payment link. Holidays can be booked with a deposit from £29, with the rest spread in instalments.
Is the consulate fee refundable if my visa is refused?
No. Consulate fees and visa-centre charges are paid to them and are not refunded if the visa is refused.
Why do visa-centre charges differ by country?
Each consulate contracts its own provider (VFS Global, TLScontact or BLS International), and each sets its own service charge in pounds.
